Finance and Administration Assistant (student position)

Forests of the World is looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant (student position). Join an international team working to protect forests and support the people who depend on them. You will gain valuable experience in project finance, administration and NGO operations while contributing to meaningful global change.

We Fight for What We Stand For

Over 80 percent of land-dwelling species live in forests. This is especially true for tropical rainforests, which are teeming with life.

Biodiversity is the diversity of species in a given area. It would take millions of years to restore if it disappears.

Changes in the climate affect all species on the planet. Neither plants, humans, fungi, insects, nor animals are spared.

Indigenous Peoples

Indigenous Peoples are the best at taking care of the world’s forests.

Nature and forests must be a political priority globally, in the EU, and in Denmark.

Forests of the World Global Initiatives

Forests of the World has been working in Honduras since the year 2000.

Since 1996, Forests of the World has supported seven different Indigenous Peoples.

A turbulent past and an uncertain future. Forests of the World´s work began here in 1997.

In Bolivia, we support the Indigenous Peoples of the Chiquitano and Movima tribes.

Our efforts is focused on western Uganda and the two forest reserves, Itwara and Matiri.

Our work is centred around close collaborations with larger international organisations.

We work towards establishing more wild forest nature in Denmark.
