General Assembly 2025

We are looking forward to seeing you at the autumn general assembly November 5, 17.00-21.00 CET.

The Autumn General Assembly will be held in Danish in a hybrid format, with the option to participate online or in person at our offices in Aarhus (Mejlgade 53, 2, 8000 Aarhus C) and Copenhagen (Lyngbyvej 100, 2100 Copenhagen).

Please register by emailing generalforsamling@verdensskove.org no later than 1 November 2025, and indicate whether you plan to attend at one of the two offices.

Incoming proposals must be sent no later than 15 October 2025 to bestyrelsen@verdensskove.org

Agenda for the General Assembly – 5 November

Section 4. The agenda for the fall general assembly must include the following items:

  1. Election of chairperson and recorder
  2. Presentation of the board’s proposals for objectives and work program for the upcoming
    year
  3. Presentation of the board’s proposed budget for the upcoming year
  4. Determination of membership fees for individual and collective membership
  5. Submitted proposals
  6. Any other business
